Payments are processed by Stripe, and orders are printed and shipped by Printful. To fulfil your order, we share your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number with Printful. Payment details are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Videos are hosted by YouTube and only load when you choose to play them. YouTube may set cookies and collect viewing data once a video is played, in accordance with its privacy policy.

Email delivery

Contact form submissions are delivered using Lovable Cloud email infrastructure. Messages are sent from a dedicated domain and routed to our registered business email address.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for our legitimate record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing theflightdirector1@gmail.com.
